I’m going to make today’s blog post short and sweet, since it’s #ThankfulThursday, I want to say a few things that I’m grateful for!
First and foremost would be my wife, Megan. She’s an amazing partner and an amazing person and she adds a brightness to my life that has been missing for an incredibly long time.
Windy Rainy Weather
I think when I looked at the thermostat it said it was 58 degrees in here and I absolutely love it. My windows are open and I’m curled up with a blanket, that’s where you can find me most days.
This is Us.
Ever since my last relationship I’ve been a bit emotionally constipated. I used to be an incredibly emotional person but that relationship shamed it out of me. So in real-life situations, the tears don’t come easily. Watching This is Us. for some reason, helps me feel comfortable being a bit weepy, and sometimes I need that.
That would be Megan again. Not only is she an incredibly kind and funny person but she’s an amazing cook, so I basically hit the jackpot.
The other day I talked about how often I listen to audiobooks (pretty much every day) and there have been some amazing ones released lately and hopefully, I’ll give you some mini-reviews soon!
Cuddles in bed, warm showers, and caffeine
Letting my muscles relax in bed, taking a deep breath, and sipping on a cup of tea is pretty much one of my favorite things in the world. The last month, my shoulders have been so tight and I’m focusing on releasing that tension – yoga is also helping.

Seriously. I have gathered such an amazing community around myself and I am so thankful for those of you who have made yourselves part of my life, whether on social media or in my Facebook groups. I’m pretty lucky and so grateful.
