Loving yourself isn’t always easy. It’s more than just the fun stuff. Sometimes it gets a little (or a lot) uncomfortable. Self-care is more than just green smoothies and yoga on the beach. Self-care encompasses so many aspects of life. It’s the emotional, the mental, the psychological. It is choosing not to put yourself in toxic situations. It’s about being honest with yourself even when it’s hard. Here are 60 ways to practice self-love and self-care!

Don’t try to change so that someone else will love you. Change so that you can be more in love with yourself.

Discover something new about yourself. Try a new food, place, or type of music, see if you like it!
