self-love group

Hey SoulSister, join my Self-Love Group!

Almost a year ago I wrote about Sisterhood and my struggles to form those bonds. It’s always been so easy for me to bond with guys that sisterhood sometimes feels like an alien concept. I know that I’m not the only one that feels that way or who struggles.

Here is what I wrote about starting my own sisterhood: “First and foremost I want it to be about forming bonds of friendship and sisterhood. So many women needlessly feel alone and friendless. I also want it to be a safe place to talk about self improvement and our individual journeys.”

I’ve done it, the Soul Sisterhood is here.

I originally wanted the Soul Sisterhood Online to be a subscription-based program with an emphasis on connection and conversation and resources on self-help and self-improvement along with free access to all of my creations as part of the mix. BUT that sisterhood thing, that heart-centered community, it doesn’t come with a price tag, so I wanted to do it now, for free.

The Soul Sisterhood started off as conversation revolving around different week-long challenges we had every month as a group. It was amazing to see women bonding over everything from meditation, to photography, to body issues.

That was what I wanted to create with my whole heart.

So at the beginning of the year I transformed that Facebook group into what is now the Soul Sisterhood Online Facebook group and you want to know what?

You’re invited to my self-love group!

In the group we talk and share about different aspects of our lives. You are always welcome to share your personal stories and ask for advice. Every day someone posts something cute or inspirational. We have a monthly Accountability Circle to keep track of our goals. If you have the Self Love Planner we have a party to fill out each month’s Self Care page. It’s wonderful.

It is such a loving and accepting place.

I’d love for us to reach 350 members and I’d love for you to be one of them! You can participate as much or as little as you like, you’re still welcome! It’s completely free, the only thing that I ask is that you respect and show compassion for everyone else in the group.

Are you interested? Join the self-love group!

I hope to see you there!
