Inside the 2018 Self-Love Workbook + Planner

Hello, lovely ones!

In case you missed the memo, the 2018 Self-Love Workbook is available to order! It’s part workbook and part planner and full awesomeness. You can check out how I used the 2017 workbook here and here.  The 2018 Workbook is the perfect end-of-the-year gift to yourself because the first part of the book is all about looking at 2017 and the things we experienced there.

This year we also have special editions. Sober Life is for anyone struggling with addiction. Mom Life has a special weekly “Parenting Win” section. Biz Life has monthly goal sheets for your business. Witch Life encourages you to celebrate the moon phases. And last but not least Mental Health is all about taking care of your mental health and tracking your moods.

All of the “Life Editions” include everything from the basic Self-Love Workbook plus extra pages dealing with those specific topics. If you purchase the digital (.pdf) version of the Self-Love Workbook you can buy the Life Editions as “add-on” downloads.

If you purchase the 2018 Self-Love Workbook, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you share the link, thank you even more. I am so grateful for the love and support you all give me.

Now, let’s talk a little about this Self-Love Workbook.

The first section of the workbook deals specifically with self-care. What ways do you love on yourself? We tackle all of the different types of self-care and how they fit into our lives. This is a WORKbook so there are lots of prompts and also a lot of space for you to write notes and get your feelings out. Here are some of my favorite prompts from this section.

What do you struggle with when it comes to taking care of your body?

What are some of your unhealthy coping mechanisms?

How often do you change yourself to please other people?

Are there any relationships in your life that you need to work on?

What’s one financial goal you want to accomplish by the end of the year?

I love this section because while I do share a lot of information about how to practice self-care, I also ask some really insightful questions as well.

Healing 2017

This one is always my favorite and also my least favorite section. It’s so therapeutic to take a look at some of the painful things that happened and what I was able to learn from those things.

What’s the biggest, scariest, thing you’re holding on to right now?

What situation on 2017 caused the most growing pains for you?

What destructive thoughts, habits, and beliefs did you experience in 2017?

What people, things, and situations no longer fit in your life?

I like to make myself a big cup of tea, light some incense, and then just write my little heart out.

Next, we focus on self-love in 2017.

I ask you questions that focus on specific areas of your life and how you may have neglected those areas or what you might need to work on.

What was your overall feeling about your body in 2017?

What did your self-care routine look like?

Do you feel like you had safety + security in your life?

Do you feel like you got enough affection from yourself and from others?

After that, we have Celebrating 2017.

This section is about the good things. The things that went right, the areas in life that you kicked ass at, and the things that you want to remember.

What was your favorite moment of 2017?

When did you feel the most fulfilled?

What positive ways did you change from the beginning of 2017 to now?

What were your favorite books, movies, songs, and quotes?

Then we have Embracing 2018.

Now the fun starts!!! This section is about planning all of the wonderful things you want to accomplish this coming year.

What do you most want to learn to love about yourself?

What things do you value about yourself?

What are your self-care goals this year and what are three things you’re currently doing that don’t serve those goals?

When you look at your body right now, what positive things do you see?

What things make you feel like the best version of yourself?

What’s something you want to start saving money for?

Are there any relationships in your life that feel toxic to you? How can you fix them or let them go?

The Planner Pages.

The Self-Love Workbook also includes planner pages for January 2018 – December 2018.  Each month has a coloring page, a self-care goals page, planner pages with the date so you can keep track of appointments, notes, and goals. At the end, there’s a journaling page and finally, a review page where you can write down your accomplishments, struggles, and celebrate the things you loved about yourself.

365 Days of Gratitude.

In the back of the book, there’s a space to write down, each day, one thing you’re grateful for. Can you do a whole year of gratitude?

I’m also thinking about doing workbook parties in our Facebook group where we decide on a day and we all work through the workbook together and share our experiences. Check out the group and join us!
