Mental Illness Symptom Wheels

symptom wheels

I created these Mental Illness Symptom Wheels because I wanted to demonstrate how differently we experience mental illness. Two people with an anxiety disorder can have very different symptoms, differences in the severity of those symptoms, or differences in how those symptoms affect their daily lives.
The severity of my own symptoms might change depending on what’s going on in my life on any given day. I wanted to create worksheets that show the spectrum of each person’s experience.

We’re all different and that’s okay.

I've included worksheets for a variety of mental illnesses and disorders and even for chronic pain and feelings. There are also blank versions so that you can track anything that you want to and use them in a way that will work for you!

These worksheets don't only track symptoms but they can allow you to see and document patterns. With a notes section at the bottom of each page, you can write down what you're experiencing that day and what may be contributing to an increase or decrease in your symptoms!

There are multiple versions of the symptom wheels available! The first set has the name of the mental illness and then symptoms. The second set has just the name of the mental illness and then blank areas for you to fill in your own symptoms. Finally, the third set is completely blank so that you can track WHATEVER you want! There are also black and white versions of each of them as well!

These were made to be printed out (you can also laminate them and use dry erase markers!) but you can also fill them in digitally or on your phone. All you need is a "draw" feature that lets you alter the transparency and you'll be able to fill them in!
