These mood trackers are the perfect (and adorable!) addition to your planner, journal, or mental health journey. Mood trackers work by assigning a color to your mood. Blue may mean "depressed", yellow might mean "anxious", red might mean "angry". On the corresponding day, you color in the box with the color (or colors!) that represent your mood. These are meant to be printed out!
