My Favorite Self-Love Quotes and Micro Poetry
Lately, I’ve been immersing myself in the beauty that is Nayyirah Waheed’s book salt and I am astounded how a few sentences made up of words can have such a profound effect on me. Most of her poems are somewhere around 20 words and they’re so simple and beautiful. That got me looking at other mico-poets and micro poetry and how small sentences can be so powerful in encouraging us to love ourselves.

Well, I can’t choose a favorite quote for myself, as I feel like almost everything is a good choice, but I decided to pick a few quotes my gut wants me to share here at the moment that may be helpful for many of you here then.
