We as humans radiate energy. You can call it a vibe – feeling – aura – but when you’re around other people you can often get a sense of who they are. We’ve all been around people that radiate drama and just seem to suck the life out of the room.
We can be those people and not even realize it. I know that for me, my social anxiety and depression often affected other people’s perception of me and it has affected *my* perception of myself.
There are many great benefits to having a high vibration of energy. For one thing, it usually means that you are going to attract more positive things into your life, and that things will tend to go your way much more often. But it is also just a much more peaceful and enjoyable way of living, and it is something that you are going to find to be a wonderful state to be in. Besides, when you’re in that state, you radiate it out to others and that’s pretty awesome.

But what can you do to raise your energy vibration fast? Here are some of the ways to do that.
Focus On A Talisman
Often when you are trying to change things at the energy level, you need to make sure that you have something physical you can focus on, some kind of energetic symbol which you can use in whatever way you want to. There are many things you can choose to play this role, and in truth it can be pretty much anything you like. You might want to look into how to choose mala beads, for instance, or you might be more inclined to go for something personal that means a lot to you.
Crystals, worry stones, prayer beads, tiny trinkets – these all help focus anxious feelings and stress.
Whatever you choose, having some kind of talisman is a very good idea.
Practice Gratitude
Something that can work to improve your energy immediately is if you express gratitude for something that you have in your life. That could be anything at all, whether it is knowing where your next meal is coming from or that you have loved ones in your life, or a roof over your head. Or it could be something huge that has happened for you recently.
Whatever it is, it’s good to practice saying thank you for that thing – and doing so will raise your energy vibration.
Meditate
If you want to not only raise your vibration but keep it that way for much longer, then a regular meditation practice is going to be an essential way to do this. Any kind of meditation will likely work, but in particular you want to go for anything that focuses on accepting things as they are, rather than trying to change them.
Something like the Buddhist Vipasanna is probably a good bet if you are trying to use meditation as a tool to raising your energy vibration.

Spend Time In Nature
It is often more difficult to be in touch with your surroundings – an inherent part of a high energy vibration – if you are surrounded by unnatural seeming things.
For that reason, it is a good idea to go and spend some time in nature if you want to keep your vibration high.
There’s just something about sunshine and the earth underneath your feet that invites a certain kind of magic.
Focus on your Mental Health
If you’re depressed, anxious, or find yourself spiraling out of control – the biggest gift you can give yourself is turning your focus to your mental health. Start going to appointments, going to therapy, learning the tools that you need that will be essential to a better state of mental health.
It’s hard but it’s so worth it and you’ll find that it will change everything.
Practice Self-Care
Be kind to yourself and that kindness spills out to the world. Make sure that you’re sleeping well and being kind to your body.
When you fill your own cup, it gives you the ability to give to others.
