Every month my Narwhal and Pegasus Tier Patreons get four worksheets as part of their rewards. This month, I decided to create a 19-page mini-guide that focuses on self-care and mental health during this time called Stay Safe Stay Home Self-Care Guide.
Here’s what’s inside:– Self-Care for Bad Mental Health Days
– Self-Care for Anxiety
– Things to Do While You’re At Home
– Essential Workers Worksheet
– Activity Ideas
– Make Your Own Playlists
– Daily Self-Care Tracker
– Daily Habit Tracker
– Staying Connected Worksheet
– Struggles Checklist
– Daily Check-In
– After Plan
Stay Safe. Stay Home. Self-Care Guide. is exclusive to my Patreons and you can find it there right now. If you’re unfamiliar with Patreon it’s a way to support creators with a monthly fee in exchange for rewards throughout the month. You can also cancel at any time. Sign up here!
We’re living in such uncertain times and Covid-19 is on all of our minds, even when we try our best to push it to the back. As someone who struggles with their mental health, it has provided so many new challenges.
So I want to talk about that. I want to talk about all of it and what we’re doing to take care of our mental health and our bodies.
I’m going to try to keep this mini-book happy and positive. I don’t want to doom and gloom you, but I do want to acknowledge how incredibly difficult this is for basically all of us.
What do you think of Stay Safe Stay Home Self-Care Guide?
